Core Leveling Role
The precision tension leveling line is designed for metal strip that needs higher flatness, reduced internal stress and stable high-speed operation. JINYE configures the coil leveling machine around yield strength, thickness range, defect pattern, elongation target and tension-control window.
The extracted parameter table classifies the retained equipment family into three structures: double-bending single-leveling, double-bending double-leveling and 23-roll tension leveler. Width and speed are then selected from the standard series.
